"This recipe I received from Robert's sister Anna.
2 5-oz cans chicken -- drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 15-oz can kidney beans -- drained
1 4-oz can diced green ortega chilies
1 2.5-oz can diced olives -- drained
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 package Taco Seasoning
Mix chicken and cheese in a large mixing bowl. Add beans*, chilies and olives. In separate bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise and taco seasoning and add to chicken mixture.
Mix and serve with Fritos.
* If desired, partially mash beans with fork to make creamier dip.
