"Delicious dip! Always a favorite.
16 oz. cottage cheese, 2% fat
8 oz Philadelphia fat-free cream cheese
1/3 cup I Can't Believe It's not Butter spread
5 green onions -- chopped fine
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro -- increase to 1/2 cup if you love cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers -- finely chopped.
Soften cream cheese to room temperature, place in blender. Add cottage cheese and the spread. Process until smooth. Pour into a 2-qt bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Chill use as a dip with pita chips or melba rounds. I used fat-free pita chips.
